Copy Writing
Copy writing for the web is a different skill to standard copy writing. Website visitors don't read, they scan, and they have a very short attention span. We have some good copy writers who are practiced at writing for the web, and we know a few graphical tricks to get people to keep with us.
Content is King
As content (i.e. copy) is king in the internet universe, copy writing is perhaps the most important skill of all. A cool design with all sorts of cutting edge stuff will not rescue a page with bad copy. We are quite passionate about good copy and will keep tweaking it until we're happy.
It's often the case that one section of copy will work, but another won't, and there is no obvious reason why one is better than the other. We often take an iterative approach to copy writing. We try different things out and see which works best (see our section on site monitoring to find out how we know what works well).
You Know Best
Obviously, you know your stuff better than we do, and our approach to providing copy for your site is to work with you. We can either adapt existing copy, start from scratch, or help you to write your own killer content.
