Egghead Design Site Accessibility
We have done our best to make this site accessible to people with visual impairments ranging from colour blindness to complete blindness. We would really like you to tell us if you have difficulty using the site.
One of the ways that we have catered for people with visual impairments is to provide a view of the site that should be visible to all common forms of colour blindness, and in which the size of the text can be increased to make viewing more comfortable.
This is NOT a text only version: the site uses the same content throughout, irrespective of the view you choose to use. We do this by altering the design of the page, not by altering the content.
In order to use the view designed for visitors with visual impairments, simply click on the "Low Vision Design" link in the "More Information" panel on the right hand side of each page. To return to the default design, click on the "Default Design" link in the "More Information" panel at the top of the page.
To Increase the Text Size
Go to the "View" menu of your web browser (the programme you use to surf the Internet), select "Text Size". Another menu you will appear showing text size options. Select one of these
Motor Skills Impairment
We have also tried to make the site easier to use for visitors with motor skills impairments.
We have done this by providing keyboard "access keys" (shortcut keys) for the common links. This means that the keyboard can be used in place of the mouse.
The access keys are as follows:
- 0 - Home
- 1 - Services
- 2 - Pricing
- 3 - Portfolio
- 4 - About Us
- 5 - Contact Us
How you use these access keys depends on which web browser you use. If you do not know which web browser you are using, then following the instructions for Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer
Press and hold down the "Alt" key, and then press the number from the list above. Release both keys, and then press the "Return" key.
Firefox
Press and hold down the "Alt" key, and then press the number from the list above.
