Gemondo are an online jewellery retailer, based in the UK. They ship jewellery items worldwide and have over 5000 individual pieces available through their online store.
The key requirements for Gemondo’s new site was it had to have a professional and clean design to represent the Gemondo brand, it needs to offer an easy shopping experience to customers and be very simple to navigate.
We produced an elegant design for their ecommerce site, whilst built around usability to maximise their conversion rates. We integrated our own in-house enterprise search feature which includes intelligent search suggestions and filtering and a product upsell feature was added to increase average order values.
A month after the site had gone live, we had doubled their conversion ratio.
