Troo Health Care provide customers with nutritional, diet and food supplements, beauty and skin care products and a range of health products through their online store. Their aim is to offer quality health supplements to their customers online but they require the new website to make them more cost effective and offer more functionality through an improved shopping experience.
Their new website, based on our Mercante platform, has a range of new features including a multi-currency feature for international customers (GBP, Euro, US, Australian and Canadian dollars) our enterprise search solution, a loyalty scheme to reward returning customers and integrated testimonials and product reviews.
Behavioural Merchandising plays a big part in Troo Health Care’s success, as it displays personalised recommendations to each customer, based on their previous browsing and purchase history. They also utilise Behavioural Merchandising in their email marketing campaigns, as the system will highlight relevant products for each customer, allowing Troo Health Care to send a personalised newsletter to every one of their subscribers, adding real value and relevancy to their email marketing.
We have also included eBay and Amazon integration and all orders are processed using our warehouse management system.
