Superfi

Superfi are one of the country’s leading resellers of quality home cinema equipment, hi-fi systems and other consumer electronic equipment and have been trading for over 70 years. They are a multichannel retailer who operate from 9 UK based stores and also their ecommerce site.

Superfi want to be able to offer their customers an excellent shopping experience, but their previous website used an old platform which limited the sites functionality and potential. To achieve this, we have designed a highly sophisticated and functional website that extends ways customers can buy from Superfi.

One of the key requirements from their new website was to integrate their existing warehouse management and EPOS system so it communicates across all 9 Superfi stores and their website. This will allow the sharing of all shipping, order and product information, real-time stock updates and allow customers to purchase through the website and collect in store.

Not only were we able to do this, but we also incorporated a number of advanced features into Superfi's site. The website includes an online order tracking system, which allows users to give feedback at every stage of the order process.

We have also included an intelligent product comparison feature and an enterprise search feature, which offers insightful search suggestions and banner injection into product categories to increase upsell opportunities and promotion of special offers. The website is now live and is generating more coversions and online orders then ever before, but the project doesn't stop there. We are working with Superfi to deliver even more up coming features including a 'Speaker Wizard' which recommends the correct additional accessories and hardware for each speaker product and a mobile version of the website.
